1. EMS Service Levels. 2. Caribou Trail Professional Medical Services Group, LLC. In 2003, five hospitals in northeast Washington entered into an interlocal agreement to establish Caribou Trails Professional Medical Services Group, LLC. The five member hospital districts are: Mid Valley Hospital (Okanogan PHD No. 3), North Valley Hospital (Okanogan PHD No. 4), Okanogan-Douglas County PHD No. 1, Lake Chelan Community Hospital (Chelan PHD No. 2) and Coulee Community Hospital (Grant Joint PHD No. 6), Mid Valley Hospital has majority interest in the District. It is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of one board member from each of the five member hospital districts. The District also has an Operating Committee, made up of the administrators from each member hospital, to help manage operations. (Description from State Auditors 2010 Report)

3. Western Washington Rural Health Care Collaborative (WWRHCC) - The Collaborative is comprised of nine federally designated rural Critical Access Hospitals (hospital districts) serving all or portions of nine Western Washington counties. Members: Forks Community Hospital (Clallam Public Hospital District No. 1), Jefferson Healthcare (Jefferson County Public Hospital District No. 2), Mark Reed Memorial Hospital (Grays Harbor Public Hospital District No. 1), Mason General Hospital (Mason County Public Hospital District No. 1), Morton General Hospital (Lewis County Public Hospital District No. 1), Ocean Beach Hospital (Pacific County Public Hospital District No. 3), Willapa Harbor (Pacific County Public Hospital District No. 2), United General (Skagit and Whatcom County Public Hospital District No. 304), and Whidbey General.
