Land Use Case Law Update: Summer 2017


This webinar explored recent land use cases and provided practical advice and guidance to local governments. Special attention was paid to the issues of comprehensive planning, rural development relying on permit-exempt wells, and vested rights in the aftermath of the Whatcom Co. v. Hirst and the Snohomish County, et al. v. Pollution Control Hearings Board decisions.
