Webinar Overview

Human-centered approaches to leading change can unleash the creativity of teams and drive fear out of the workplace.

This webinar will introduce methods from design thinking and Adaptive Leadership that can help your organization grow a culture of problem solvers. Attendees will gain empathy and insights into why people may resist change, and learn to quickly test new approaches that invite individuals to see themselves as being part of the transformation story.

  • Ben Grossman-Kahn is a Cofounder and Principal of Catalyz. Ben has 8 years of experience consulting, facilitating and leading innovation engagements, and has built programs and teams at Fortune 500 firms, nonprofits, and educational institutions. Ben is also a cofounder of the Seattle Design Thinking and Innovation Collective and is a frequent guest presenter at the University of Washington.
  • Zachary Smith is a Cofounder and Principal of Catalyz. Zachary has more than 19 years of product development and client services experience, serving a wide range of industries and organizations including startups, Wall Street banks, automotive manufacturers, enterprise software platform providers, creative studios, and consulting agencies. Zachary is a Partner with Social Venture Partners and a cofounder of the Seattle Design Thinking and Innovation Collective.
