Webinar Overview

Trust permeates relationships. When there is trust within groups, information flows and issues can be resolved easier. These are core ingredients to continuous improvement and innovation. However, when groups experience low trust or a violation of trust, it can be very disruptive to team performance. So how can teams work through it?

Educational Objectives

Using current research in organization and team trust, this webinar will provide practical strategies for trust repair and building bridges that apply at the team or the organization level. We will help you understand the basis of trust and group resilience, and we will help you gain the ability to repair broken or violated trust in groups or organizations so you can operate at capacity again.

Who Should Attend?

Local government leaders, managers, directors, supervisors, HR staff, and any elected official interested in engaging and motivating employees.
