Webinar Overview

Are you new to management or are you a seasoned manager who needs a boost to your leadership style? People think management is about focusing on the people you manage, but it’s about leading a team! You got the position based on your work skills. Now you need to stretch in a different dimension and grow leadership skills.

Educational Objectives

In this free webinar, you will learn about values-based leadership, examples of how this has been applied in the private sector, and a demonstration of how those skills can be transferred directly to the public sector. Speaker Debra Hentz of the State Auditor’s Office will share her favorite Leadership Model and explain the principles in everyday words so that you can apply the concepts immediately to your job. When approached with the same focus used to hone your work skills, growing as a manager can be a successful challenge and fulfilling experience. Let us show you how!
