Webinar Overview

This webinar will provide key considerations in the closeout process for public works contracts. The activities may be slightly different from agency to agency, as some of the process is based on statutory requirements, and some aspects are defined by the agency.

During this webinar, information will be presented on:

  • Documentation requirements
  • Statutes that impact the closeout process
  • Possible disruptions to the process and how they can be addressed
  • Release of bonds

Who Should Attend?

  • Contracting and purchasing staff who need to be aware of the activities required in closeout of public works contracts and service contracts that require prevailing wages.

Presenters

  • Judy Isaac, CPSM, Procurement and Public Works Contracting Consultant, MRSC. Judy joined MRSC in 2017, and prior to that, she worked as the Purchasing Manager for KCDA Purchasing Cooperative. Judy has also held purchasing positions with the cities of Redmond and Shoreline. Working in areas of procurement and project management has provided Judy significant experience in both the public and private sectors.
