RCWs, WACs & Court Decisions

This page provides links to important legal resources hosted by the State of Washington, including:

• The Revised Code of Washington (RCW), which is the codification of laws enacted by the Washington State Legislature
• The Washington Administrative Code (WAC), which is is the codification of rules and regulations adopted by Washington State executive branch agencies, and
• The Washington State Judicial Opinions Website, which holds the full history of Washington Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions.

Revised Code of Washington (RCW)

• Revised Code of Washington (RCW) – Compilation of all state laws currently in force
• RCW Search – Search the current RCW or other legislative documents, including (optionally) the ability to search RCW dispositions (statutes that have been repealed, expired, decodified, or recodified)
• Past Versions of State Laws – Contains historical versions of the RCW as it existed each year from 1973-present

Washington Administrative Code (WAC)
