Webinar Overview

The No Tax on Overtime provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act change how employers report qualifying overtime pay to employees and the IRS. Understanding how these provisions work is essential for maintaining compliance and answering employee questions with confidence.

This webinar will provide practical guidance on the No Tax on Overtime provisions, including which employees are impacted, the type of overtime pay that qualifies, and what employers should consider when preparing payroll systems and internal procedures. We’ll also discuss implementation challenges, documentation considerations, and common compliance questions. The end of the webinar will include a Q&A session for participants.

Educational Objectives

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the key requirements of the No Tax on Overtime provisions.
  • Identify which employees and overtime payments qualify under the new rules.
  • Recognize employer reporting obligations and IRS requirements.
  • Evaluate payroll, documentation, and administrative considerations for implementation.
